Trackorama was conceived as a tool for consumers and companies to track and manage information about their shipments in an efficient and logical fashion. It endeavors to provide the consumer with a singular location to keep a track of all their shipments, whether it’s holiday shopping online, or whether it’s packages shipped from a vendor to a corporate customer.

Map Shipment Paths

Trackorama provides premium services like mapping of shipments and every intermediate point of transit, and allows you to historically see which locations are the most commonly visited transit points during your shipments. For Corporate consumers it is immensely important to know how their packages are being routed in order to determine the locations of their offices with respect to their vendors.

Historical Analysis of Shipments

Trackorama maintains a history of your packages for as long as you want to, up to a maximum of 3 years (36 months) . This way, you can always come back to check out what package was delivered from which vendor location in the past. You can add more detailed information to your package information, including contents of the package, vendor nicknames, your comments about the package, the specific intended receiver and also keep a track of who actually signed for the package. This will help you to keep a track of who has been accepting the packages received in the office.

Mobile Access for up-to-date tracking

Trackorama will soon provide mobile applications for mobile devices like the iPhone, the Android OS-based phones, Palm Pre and future WebOS based phones, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and Symbian devices. Also in development is a Java-based app to run on non-smartphone devices that support Java/J2ME.
Once these applications are available for your mobile device, you will be able to have a synchronized list of packages associated with your account from which you can determine all the information you need immediately. You could provide all this information immediately at meetings irrespective of whether you have a computer with web-access around.
